Unlike previous shows with large ensembles, Annie will have a focused cast structure featuring ten key orphan roles.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Auditions are open to girls ages 7 - 17. Due to the nature of the show and the variety of roles available, we are looking to cast performers across a wide age range.

-
There are ten roles to be cast:
Annie, Molly, Kate, Tessie, Pepper, July, Duffy, plus three non-solo speaking roles – Ruby, Sadie, and Jo. -
These ten roles will be TRIPLE cast, forming three separate teams of ten, creating a class of 30 who will rehearse together.
-
Each team will perform twice in Theatre Severn’s main auditorium.
-
Spaces are strictly limited to 30 girls.

With the main auditorium as our stage, all 30 performers will have a fantastic opportunity to shine - whether in a solo-speaking role or as part of the ensemble. This production promises to be an incredible experience filled with energy, laughter, and heart!

Being placed on the reserve list does not guarantee a role, but it means we were impressed with your audition and would love to keep you in mind should a space become available.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
By applying for Annie The Musical, you acknowledge that auditions are competitive, and a place in the cast is not guaranteed. As a parent or guardian, it is your responsibility to ensure your child understands that not all applicants will be cast. While we would love to give every performer a leading role, casting is based on suitability, vocal and performance ability, and overall production needs.
We appreciate your support in managing expectations and encouraging resilience. We can’t wait to see the talent at auditions!
